ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Olivetel SA has conducted its actions and consequent investment by the maximum search for quality in its products and manufacturing processes and by the acquisition of equipment and systems that permit manufacture according to technologically advanced methods, always bearing in mind all of the legal and environmental conditions and the safety of its employees.
In 2001, OLIVETEL SA identified in its strategy the need to begin preparations for certifying the company by the ISO 9001 standard. This objective was pursued and achieved in 2002 when the certification was attributed by SGS.
The Quality Management System implemented at OLIVETEL covers all of the activities developed by the company, in particular, Conception and Manufacture of metal products for information technology, telecommunications, video and audio.
Since then, Olivetel SA’s Quality Management System has included a set of improvements, consecutively obtaining certification renewal and the respective consolidation of its management processes in the various inspections carried out over the years.
We believe that the constant improvement in our Quality Management System, the constant search for excellence and innovation and the training, qualification, know-how and ethics of our human resources signify relationships of trust with our customers and allow us to provide added value not only as manufacturers but also as partners in innovative and integrated solutions for our customers’ businesses.
